Re: Bob in Half Life
For now i just had some blue text on 2 weapons : grenade and glock :
grenade : "BoB"
Top of the glock : "BoB"
Actually I can change it or modify other stuff, it's very easy to do.
maybe i just had some text, because i don't want to change a lot to keep the original game .
at least i will need to upload these files and to give it to Owen.
thanks .
Edit : When i type the text, it's reversed need to put it in the good way.
Edit : okay, everything is under control so now i can add any text in the game (mostly on item) i have done :
Glock : "BOB !" in blue.
A file cabinet : "BOB is alive !" in red.
text are for test and i can change it at any time.
Edit : files are ready to be tested if someone have HL1 can he check :
Download this and place it in :
/Half life/Valve/Models >>> and put the files in it.
here you have the files :
http://www.storage.to/get/mQI44JpP/v_9mmhandgun.mdl
http://www.storage.to/get/GeDQSHBo/filecabinet.mdl
thanks you (take some screenshots if you can )

Re: Bob in Half Life
Okay, i've checked all models, it normally work i have just added some text to four models, so the game will not be different.
so i've used :
glock
file cabinet
skeleton
and a surprise
Owen if you want it ask me, i will give you links to download. If someone else want it he can.
Hope you like it.
It's not a big work but we can't have Bob in HL1 so i've add is name in the game.

Re: Bob in Half Life
Maybe, if i find some software i would be able to do a little thing with some trainning
but it's much easier to ask some help on the facepunch forum. if you want i can test if i can do something .
Do you use gmod 9 or 10 ?

Re: Bob in Half Life
sorry the pic is very big
I can only do it with half life engine for now. I've tested my reskinning on DoD with DoD skins, it work so if you play at DoD or HL, i can make a reskinning of one of the weapons for you like add your pic on it or something else.
Edit : Sorry double post :S
